Yeastup AG is a Swiss startup based in Brugg near Zurich. Founded in 2020 by Daniel Gnos and Urs Briner, the small team of experts is dedicated to the sustainable extraction of proteins and fibers. Using an innovative process, Yeastup extracts high-quality ingredients from spent brewer's yeast, a by-product of the brewing process.
